When is the subscription cutoff time for each issue?

The cutoff time for each month's issue is the 1st at 12 p.m. ET. The magazine is mailed out before the 8th of every month.

If you do not receive your magazine by the 25th of the month, please report the delivery issue HERE.

Do I get a free magazine subscription if I have other subscriptions with your organization?

No. You have to order your Radiant Life subscription separately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and check payments.

How will magazines be delivered to me?

We will mail magazines to you through USPS.

Can I read the magazine online?

The magazine is currently not available online. It will be available online/digitally in the future. (Right now there is only print subscription, there is no digital subscription.)

How can I inform you of an address change if I’m moving?

You can submit a support request HERE or contact our Customer Care Representatives to update your shipping address.

Can I pause my magazine subscription?

You can pause the delivery of your subscription for up to 90 days. Please contact our Customer Care Representatives via Hotline or submit a support request HERE to pause your subscription.

What happens if I don't get my magazine delivered on time or my magazine arrives damaged?

Please contact our Customer Care Representatives via Hotline or submit a support request HERE. We’ll reimburse you by crediting your subscription with one additional issue.

Can I get a special discount for seniors/veterans/students?

We hope you’ll agree that our current offering is already a great deal. We don’t currently offer discounts for any specific groups.

Can I buy past issues?

Yes, as long as we still have inventory of the requested issue(s). Please contact our Customer Care Representatives via Hotline or submit a request HERE to inquire past issues.
